We are SO excited to be announcing our new business~Charlie & Morgan Photography!! As you may know, we were previously named Morgan Mechling Photography. MMP was started by Morgan in the summer of 2011. What started as a hobby quickly turned itself into a business. Fast forward to a few months later, Morgan and Charlie meet at a lake day outing with their college group from church. A few months later, we're dating and Charlie is coming along with me to weddings and family sessions to help. Before we knew it, we were engaged and then married in August 2014. By then, Charlie was hooked on photography and had officially become my second shooter. He's a fast and passionate learner and always wants to keep learning.

I knew that it just wasn't right to leave our business that we now own and work for together as Morgan Mechling Photography. It was time to incorporate Charlie and that's just what we excitedly did with Charlie and Morgan Photography! We have loved our wedding days spent side-by-side working together, being creative together, and getting exhausted from full days together. I love most that we can be honest with each other throughout the wedding days. We're not afraid to be honest and blunt about ideas or happenings because we understand that we love each other no matter what and the job needs to get done. On wedding days we start out shooting separately. Morgan heads to the girls getting ready and Charlie goes to take over the guys getting ready coverage. We divide and conquer and have full faith in each other from there on out knowing we are both doing our best to capture your wedding day to the best of our ability.
