These two lucky people won a free engagement shoot from us after visiting our booth at the Georgia Bridal Show back at the beginning of the year! We actually feel like the lucky ones though because we absolutely loved being able to meet these two and work with them!

While scheduling their session, Megan asked if I would be up for driving to North Ga to take photos at the summer camp they met and grew up at. I immediately replied YES! I've always wanted to do a "camp" themed session so this was a total dream of mine for this to be in the works.

I met up with them at the camp and totally fell in love with it. We had the whole thing to ourselves which was amazing! Michael's Aunt works at the camp so we were able to have a little bit of special treatment for them;)

It was so fun to walk around the grounds and watch these two just have flash back after flash back of their childhood summers here. I loved hearing all the stories and memories that each other shared as we walked around. It was a sweet thing to witness! You know I'm a huge sucker for sentimental spots for your photos, and this session is what it's all about. It makes me so happy to know that they will forever have these photos to look back on in the place where it all began. That's priceless to me to know that I was able to help them have that to cherish.
